The Smart Intents UI allows brands of any size to manually create and manage training samples one at a time.

However, for some brands, particularly larger ones, to keep detailed records of all customer support requests, there’s a quick way.

Any brand maintaining such records can import a CSV file that adds or updates dozens, hundreds, or thousands of training samples in one go.

The process flow is simple.

By exporting and modifying a CSV file, and then importing it back into Smart Intents, your brand:
  • Can use Smart Intents to add new training samples and/or correct current ones, as needed.
  • Cannot use Smart Intents to delete any training samples.
