Helpshift does not have a native SDK for Kindle or Amazon devices. You can provide support on those devices either by embedding your Web Support Portal, or by utilizing our native Android SDK.

Our native Android SDK can be used within Kindles and Amazon devices. Please note that Helpshift does not officially support Amazon devices, and accordingly, we have not fully tested our Android SDK for this use case. However, we have customers that successfully use it in this manner. In these cases, we recommend setting custom data to distinguish Issues originating from an Amazon app from any other Android Issues in your Dashboard.
