Metrics in the AI-powered Answer Analytics report can be reviewed across various filters like:

  • Date
  • App
  • Platform
  • Language
  • Feature Filter

This report explores key metrics such as Issues Created, Issues Resolved, CSAT, Time to Resolve, Issues Created Trend, CSAT Trend, Time to Resolve Trend, and many more.

Note: The AI-powered Answer Analytics report is only available for customers who have enabled AI-powered Answer feature.

A new filter has been added to the AI-powered Answer Analytics report:

Feature FilterFilters issue data with or without AI-powered Answer.

This filter will contain the following two values:

  • With AI-powered Answer
  • Without AI-powered Answer

The 'With AI-powered Answers' filter shows data for issues where AI-powered Answers have been used to provide a response.
