The information on Issue level analytics is available under the Issues section, organized into five reports:

  • Trends

  • Summary by Platforms

  • Summary by Apps

  • Summary by Languages

  • Summary by Queues

You can review metrics across various filters in the Trends report like:

  • Date

  • App

  • Platform

  • Language

  • Queue

Key metrics which can be explored within the Trends report in the Issue section are Issues Created, Issues Resolved, Issue Rejects, Inbound and outbound responses, CSAT, Time to resolve, Time to First Response, and many more.
