Introduction

Smart Intent menus containing intents with very few training messages can result in lower predictive performance, affecting the end-user experience. Smart Alerts for Smart Intent can help brands by providing additional training message suggestions specifically for those intents with few or no training messages. Admins can accept the required training messages from the suggestions, and those will be added to the intent training, contributing to an increase in the predictive performance of intents.

What are Smart Alerts for Smart Intents?

Smart Alerts for Smart Intents alerts generated by the system when intents have less training messages. These alerts contain training message suggestions for the intent, with an option to accept or decline the suggested training message.

How do Smart Alerts for Smart Intents work?

Smart Alerts for intent training work when the brand uses "Intent Menu + Text input" or "Only Text Input" and receives end-user inputs. Admins can accept the required training messages and decline suggested training messages that are not useful for the intent. Once an accept/decline action is taken on each of the suggested training messages, the admin can save the action, and the alert will close.

If you accept the suggestion,
All the accepted training messages will be added to the intent and trained for the intent.

If you decline the suggestion,
Declined training messages have no effect on the intents.
