You may notice that your data is not refreshing when it should, and that the ‘Next refresh’ date/timestamp listed on your dataset info is incorrect. This is due to a bug in Power BI which we are currently working with Microsoft to resolve.
To reset your data refresh, click the 3 dots to the right of your dataset, then select ‘Schedule refresh’.
On the page that appears, do the following:
- Click the ‘schedule refresh’ drop-down
- Toggle the ‘Keep your data up to date’ OFF and then ON again
- Click ‘Apply’ at the bottom of that section
Once you click apply, the ‘Next refresh date’ will automatically update. You’ll also see the following message appear confirming this change.
