You may notice that your data is not refreshing when it should, and that the ‘Next refresh’ date/timestamp listed on your dataset info is incorrect. This is due to a bug in Power BI which we are currently working with Microsoft to resolve.

To reset your data refresh, click the 3 dots to the right of your dataset, then select ‘Schedule refresh’.

On the page that appears, do the following:

  1. Click the ‘schedule refresh’ drop-down
  2. Toggle the ‘Keep your data up to date’ OFF and then ON again
  3. Click ‘Apply’ at the bottom of that section

Once you click apply, the ‘Next refresh date’ will automatically update. You’ll also see the following message appear confirming this change.
