What is Localization of Custom Bots?

A single Custom Bot can be set up to interact with your users in multiple languages. This is enabled by using Text Templates.

The following components of the Custom Bot can consume Text Templates.

  1. Messages sent by Custom Bots in these steps – ‘Send a Message’, ‘Get Information from User’, ‘End Conversation Flow’ and ‘Send AI powered FAQ(s)’ support the use of Text Templates.
  2. Manual options in ‘Get Information from User’ support the use of Text Templates.
  3. The ‘Yes/No’ option in the ‘Get Information from User’ supports the use of Text Templates.
  4. The ‘Skip’ label in ‘Get Information from User’ supports the use of Text Templates.
  5. Feedback Options in ‘Send AI powered FAQ(s)’ support the use of Text Templates.
