The / invocator allows you to easily pull up Quick Replies from right within the reply window on the Issue details page.

The invocator pulls up Quick Replies based on the title of the Quick Reply, and not on any of the text in the body of the Quick Reply. It is best to title Quick Replies using keywords that your Agents might search for when looking for the correct Quick Reply to use.

When using the invocator, the top 10 Quick Replies matching the search keyword will be shown in alphabetical order.
