Your developer can implement functionality in the SDK for you to pass an internal user ID that is unique to your system to make it easier to look up specific user information from a submitted Issue in Helpshift. See our developer documentation for iOS and Android.
Next, set up a direct hyperlink from each Helpshift Issue that links directly back into your internal Admin system by following the steps below:
1. Navigate to Dashboard > Settings.
2. On the left hand column, select the app you would like to have the User ID hyperlink activated for.
3. Scroll down until you see the section below and follow the instructions posted.
4. When you open a user’s Issue, you will now see the User ID as a hyperlink.
