Once enabled on our side, you’ll want your developers to follow the instructions below:

iOS Platform:

  1. Download the latest SDK that contains Campaigns via our iOS Release Notes
  2. Visit our Getting Started and Campaigns guides and follow the instructions to configure Campaigns – we currently have HelpshiftCampaigns and HelpshiftSupport as the 2 available services to call when you use ” HelpshiftAll sharedInstance”
  3. Initialize Helpshift by calling the HelpshiftCore‘s install function as seen below:#import “HelpshiftCore.h”- (BOOL)application:(UIApplication *)application didFinishLaunchingWithOptions:(NSDictionary *)launchOptions

Visit our Getting Started and Campaigns guides and follow the instructions to configure Campaigns – com.helpshift.Core is the class which encapsulates all the functions which are common to all Helpshift services, and currently we have HelpshiftCampaigns and HelpshiftSupport as the 2 available services.
