Your FAQs are always cached and available to users offline (for example, when they lose network connection or go into airplane mode.)

If there was an update to an FAQ while the user was offline, they’ll need to navigate back out of the FAQs if they were still browsing them, and then open the FAQs again to have them refresh.

This is because config is reloaded on their device each time they access where Helpshift is installed within the app. Taking these actions will refresh the Helpshift SDK. If they are waiting inside the FAQ for it to change, the Helpshift config will not be reloaded.
