Web Platform
Step 1. On the Helpshift toolbar, click Settings
Step 2. In the navigation pane, scroll down to the APP SETTINGS section and select your app. Then, locate the Web Support Portal card and click Configure Web Contact Us Form.
Step 3. Check for the 'Contact Us Option Visibility' Option. You will see four options:
- Always
- After the user views an FAQ (Bottom of the FAQ Article)
- After the user marks an FAQ as unhelpful
- Never show Contact Us
Select one of the options and click on Save & Publish at the top right to publish your changes.
Note: This feature is only available on Help Center 2.0.
SDK
Step 1. On the Helpshift toolbar, click Settings
Step 2. In the navigation pane, scroll down to the APP SETTINGS section and select your app. Then, locate the Supported Platforms and click on configure for In-app SDK
Step 3. Under the Support Experience tab, check for the 'Contact Us Option Visibility' Option. You will see four options:
- Always
- After the user views an FAQ (Bottom of the FAQ Article)
- After the user marks an FAQ as unhelpful
- Never show Contact Us
Select one of the options and click on Save & Publish at the top right to publish your changes.
NOTE: This feature is only available for SDK X.
