Being purpose-built, however, doesn’t make Helpshift ready for use the moment you purchase a subscription. You must plan certain things and prepare for them before you can start to support your brand’s consumers.

 - Determine which Helpshift subscription package aligns best with your strategy.
 - Obtain a paid Helpshift subscription.
 - Wait until your instance is fully provisioned and you are invited to log in.
