Being purpose-built, however, doesn’t make Helpshift ready for use the moment you purchase a subscription. You must plan certain things and prepare for them before you can start to support your brand’s consumers.

  •  Develop a strategy, a budget, and a schedule.
  •  Determine which Helpshift subscription package aligns best with your strategy. 
  •  Obtain a paid Helpshift subscription.
  •  Wait until your instance is fully provisioned and you are invited to log in.
