- On the Helpshift toolbar, click FAQs.
- As needed, choose an app from the list above the Sections pane.
- In the Sections pane, click the named section whose articles should be cleared of their settings for scheduled publication.
 A list of articles loads into the center pane.
- In the list, click an article to choose it.
 A pane on the far-right shows two tabs, Content and Settings. The Content tab is active by default, showing a preview of the article text, as well as UI elements to schedule future publication.
- In the far-right pane, on the Content tab, find the Schedule FAQ area.
- To clear away the previously saved date and time values for future publication, click the  symbol, immediately to the right of the Publish on date-picker. symbol, immediately to the right of the Publish on date-picker.
