You can change the appearance of a Contact Us form on your web support portal.

  1. Log in to your Helpshift instance (or “tenant”) as its administrator.
  2. On the Helpshift toolbar, click Settings.
  3. In the navigation bar, scroll to the APP SETTINGS area. Then, click the name of the container app whose Contact Us form you plan to change.
    The App Settings page opens.
  4. On the App Settings page, locate the Web Support Portal card.
  5. On the Web Support Portal card, click Configure Web Contact Us Form.
    The specified container app’s Customize Contact Us Form page opens.
  6. Configure the form settings and values as needed. Then, click SAVE & PUBLISH.
