Helpshift supports over 180 languages! A complete list of all Helpshift languages and their language codes is available at the bottom of this page.
Helpshift is fully localizable, as we automatically show your Help Section in the language of the device. This allows you to easily support users who speak a variety of languages by manually adding translations you create to your FAQ, and toggling them ‘On’ to publish them live.
Please note: At least one language (example: your default language) is required to be toggled ‘On’ for your FAQ to be fully published live. To learn more, see How do I translate my FAQs?
52 of these languages have strings, or phrases displayed on the UI, that are translated automatically out-of-the-box! Once you’ve added the languages to your app, your users will see your Help Section’s UI elements in the language of their device.
