This process may require support from your IT administrator.
To create an SPF record for a domain:
1. Log in to the administrative console for your companies domain provider
2. Locate the page from which you can update the DNS records
3. Create a TXT record with the below information:
Type: TXT
Name: [domain name]
TTL: [seconds – to be set by domain admin]
TXT Data: v=spf1 a mx mx:mail.helpshift.com ~all
Keep in mind that changes to DNS records may take up to 48 hours to propagate throughout the Internet. It is also recommended that you run a check on the record using a tool like G Suite Check Mx.
