There may be circumstances where you need to show a user different language options based on their language preference or locale. For example, you might want to show English-language results to users who have their device language set to English (UK) as well as those who have their device language set to English (US); to both Chinese (Traditional) or Chinese (Hong Kong); etc.
If your app allows users to set an app language, this setting will allow them to access Helpshift support in whatever language they select. To allow users to select their own language, you will need to work with your developer to set the SDK languages within your app. To do so, see our developer documentation on how to set the SDK languages for iOS and Android.
