When exporting data from Power BI, you may notice the titles of certain Issues in the ‘Titles’ field are truncated with an ellipsis.

The ‘Title’ field in the Helpshift Dashboard is limited to 80 characters. For in-app Issues, the ‘Title’ is defined as the body of the first in-app message sent by the end user. Accordingly, Within Power BI data exports, only the first 80 characters of the ‘Title’ for in-app Issues will be displayed in the spreadsheet.

For email Issues, the title is the subject line of the email and is not truncated, so you will see the full title listed in the spreadsheet. Additionally, since web Issues do not have a title, the titles are truncated.
