Please note: every time that we update your reports with new types of  metrics, you will need to complete the steps below in order to see the new metrics in your Power BI dashboard. For help on refreshing the data of existing metrics, please see Why does my content pack data not refresh?

To install or update a Helpshift content pack in Power BI, navigate to your Power BI dashboard, then click the ‘Get Data’ button in the bottom left corner.

On the page that appears, under ‘More ways to create your own content’, select ‘Service Content Packs’..

The quickest and easiest way to find all available Helpshift content packs is to type ‘Helpshift’ into the search bar.

Once you have done so, a list of all available Helpshift content packs will appear. Click the ‘Get it now’ text below the content pack(s) you wish to install. As a note, you can use this same set of steps to install multiple content packs.
