Note: This feature is available only for customers who are on Help Center 2.0.

Helpshift allows admins to copy non-localized URLs from Dashboard to be shared generically with audience worldwide. This alleviates the pain of copying multiple URLs for same FAQ.

You can copy these non-localized URLs for below pages:

  • App Page

  • FAQ Page

  • Section Page

  • Contact us Page

Note: In case, the browser language is not added in the App’s supported language then, the URL will be redirected to default language (English).

App Page

To copy URL for App page, follow the steps given below:

  1. On the Helpshift toolbar, click Settings.

  2. Then, in the navigation pane, scroll to the APP SETTINGS area and click on app for which you want to copy the URL.
    The selected app settings page opens.

  3. On app settings page, scroll to the Web Supported Portal platform section and click to copy APP URL.

FAQ Page

To copy URL for FAQ page, follow the steps given below:

  1. On the Helpshift toolbar, click FAQs.

  2. On the FAQs page, click on FAQ for which you want to copy the URL.

    The selected FAQ page opens.

  3. Click the copy FAQ URL icon.

Section Page

To copy URL for section page, follow the steps given below:

  1. On the Helpshift toolbar, click FAQs.

  2. On the FAQs page, select the App from dropdown list for which you want to copy the URL.

    The selected App FAQs opens.

  3. Under the Sections area, click to copy FAQ Section URL icon.

Contact Us Page

To copy URL for contact us page, follow the steps given below:

  1. On the Helpshift toolbar, click Settings.

  2. Then, in the navigation pane, scroll to the APP SETTINGS area and click on app for you want to copy the URL.

    The selected app settings page opens.

  3. On app settings page, scroll to the Web Supported Portal platform section and click Configure Web Contact Us Form link.

  4. On the Customize Contact Us Form page, click to copy Contact Us URL.
