Web Platform

Step 1.  On the Helpshift toolbar, click Settings

Step 2.  In the navigation pane, select the APP. Then, click Web Support Portal and select Configure Web Contact Us Form

Step 3.  Click on Contact Us Options. You will see four options:
  1. Always
  2. After the user views an FAQ (Bottom of the FAQ Article)
  3. After the user marks an FAQ as unhelpful
  4. Never show Contact Us
Select one of the options and click on Save & Publish at the top right to publish your changes.

Note: This feature is only available on Help Center 2.0.

SDK

Step 1.  On the Helpshift toolbar, click Settings

Step 2. In the navigation pane, select the APP and click on CONFIGURE. Then, click Web Support Portal and select Configure Web Contact Us Form.

Step 3.  Click on Contact Us Options. You will see four options:
  1. Always
  2. After the user views an FAQ (Bottom of the FAQ Article)
  3. After the user marks an FAQ as unhelpful
  4. Never show Contact Us
Select one of the options and click on Save & Publish at the top right to publish your changes.
