In the Web help Center, there is an option to select the App, Platform, and Language to view specific FAQs. While this is useful, you might want to hide the dropdown options.

Step 1. On the Helpshift toolbar, click Settings and select Branding & Customization

Step 2. Select Web Support Portal and Click Subheader

Step 3. Select the dropdown options you want to hide

NOTE:
  • If you choose to hide app and platform only, the language dropdown will be shown at the bottom.
  • This feature is available with Help Center version 2.0 only.
