• You cannot modify a custom bot or a feedback bot after it is published. You can only disable or delete it.
  • To accomplish the same result that you might hope to accomplish by editing a published bot, you can:
               a.  Make and edit a duplicate.
               b.  Publish the duplicate.
               c.  Update your automations and your Smart Views to use the duplicate.
               d.  Disable, and then Delete, the original.
  • When two or more of your brand's Helpshift administrators attempt to modify a custom bot or a feedback bot at the same time, some edits may be lost. We recommend that your administrators work on bots at different times.
