You can configure any app to show any intent menu during chat sessions with its end-users who request product support.  

An intent menu can operate in either of two ways. The two ways differ according to whether your natural language processing (NLP) engine has access to training samples that equip it sufficiently to discern end-user intent with high accuracy.
  • When your NLP engine is well trained, it discerns the end-user's intent from their first message in the current chat session. Smart Intents then begins stepping through relevant automations.
  • When your NLP engine is not well trained, it must show the full intent menu to the end-user, and then await their selection from it.
