An intent menu is an end-user experience that runs during any chat session where you have configured it to run.
- You prepare a hierarchy (called an intent menu) of contexts (called intent groups) and goals (called intents).
- You configure each app to show a suitable intent menu to its end-users who request product support.
- End-users tell you their intent during chat by clicking through the intent menu that you show to them.
You can configure any app to show any intent menu.
We consider an intent menu to be part of the configured greeting for its associated app.
