An intent menu is an end-user experience that runs during any chat session where you have configured it to run.

• You prepare a hierarchy (called an intent menu) of contexts (called intent groups) and goals (called intents).
• You configure each app to show a suitable intent menu to its end-users who request product support.
• End-users tell you their intent during chat by clicking through the intent menu that you show to them.

You can configure any app to show any intent menu.
