Step 1. On the Helpshift toolbar, click FAQs.
Step 2. As needed, choose an app from the list above the Sections pane.
Step 3. In the Sections pane, click the named section whose articles should be cleared of their settings for scheduled publication.
A list of articles loads into the center pane.
Step 4. In the list, click an article to choose it.
A pane on the far-right shows two tabs, Content and Settings. The Content tab is active by default, showing a preview of the article text, as well as UI elements to schedule future publication.
Step 5. In the far-right pane, on the Content tab, find the Schedule FAQ area.
Step 6. Click the delete icon to delete the article’s previously saved date and time values.
All scheduled events are now deleted for this article.
