Step 1. On the Helpshift toolbar, click FAQs.
Step 2. As needed, choose an app from the list above the Sections pane.
Step 3. In the Sections pane, click the named section whose articles should be scheduled (or rescheduled) for publication.
A list of articles loads into the center pane.
Step 4. In the list, click an article to choose it.
A pane on the far-right shows two tabs, Content and Settings. The Content tab is active by default, showing a preview of the article text, as well as UI elements to schedule future publication.
Step 5. In the far-right pane, on the Content tab, find the Schedule FAQ area. Then, to begin setting date and time values to “unpublish” the article, click the Unpublish on date-picker.
a. As needed, choose a month.
b. Click a date.
c. Enter a time-of-day, click AM or PM as appropriate, and then click APPLY.
An “unpublish” schedule is now set for this article.
