You may notice that, when Helpshift is scheduled to publish or “unpublish” an article automatically, the user interface mentions your configured time zone.
Your coworkers in other geographic locales see the dates and times that correspond to their own time zones, not yours. Such differences can cause some of you to see the same, single publishing event as being scheduled to occur on different days of the week, on different dates, and at different hours of the day or night.
To check the source of your own time zone setting for scheduled publishing events, click your username on the Helpshift toolbar, and then look for the time zone in your Account Settings window.
