Step 1. On the Helpshift toolbar, click Settings.

Step 2. In the navigation pane, scroll to the ORGANIZATION area, and then click Permissions.

The Feature Access table shows access toggles for a dozen feature sets.

The Account Access table ahows only one access toggle.

Step 3. Set the toggle to On for each or any type of access that you mean to grant.

OR

Set the toggle to Off for each or any type of access that you mean to revoke.

NOTE
A changed permission applies to the entire class of users — supervisors or agents — to whom you apply it.
  • Granting a permission may cause the affected user class to see UI elements, such as certain checkboxes, which they could not see previously.
  • Revoking a permission may prevent the affected user class from seeing UI elements, such as certain checkboxes, which they could see previously.
