The Automations page lists all of your configured automations. Adjusting their top-to-bottom sorting order in this list is how you control their first-to-last order of execution.

Step 1.  Log in to your Helpshift instance as its administrator.

Step 2. On the Helpshift toolbar, click Settings.

Step 3. In the navigation pane, scroll to the WORKFLOWS area, and then click Automations.

The Automations page opens.

Step 4.  On the Automations page, to start rearranging automations, click CHANGE ORDER.

The UI is refreshed. It now supports any combination of drag-and-drop reordering and numerical reordering.

 

Step 5. When you are done, click SAVE ORDER.
