Prerequisite: Before viewing user fields, ensure that Custom User Fields are configured in your settings. For details, see Configuring User Fields. Note that standard user fields are available by default and require no configuration.

In the Agent dashboard, you can view user fields (both standard and custom) to gain context about each user's information defined by your brand. This helps agents provide more personalized support.

Note: User field values are populated via SDK or API. For more information, contact the support team.

User fields are accessible in both the 2-pane view and the 3-pane view of the Agent Dashboard.
