The Other Issues tab in the Agent Dashboard is a powerful tool for agents/supervisors/admins to quickly access and filter past and ongoing issues linked to a user's profile.

The new Identity system makes identifying the issue’s history across various platforms highly effective.

New filters are introduced to streamline your search and quickly find issues.

  • Apps: The Current App is the default option based on the issue app. This is particularly helpful when a user interacts with multiple apps from the same company. You can view issues across All Apps.
  • Platforms: The tab also lets you filter issues based on the user's platforms, such as Email, Web, iOS, Android, Web Chat, Discord, and WhatsApp Messenger, SMS. You can also choose “All Platforms” to view issues across all platforms.
