You can add manual translations to the text template when Language AI for Text Template is enabled/disabled. Once the default content is saved, follow these steps:
Hover over the arrow beside ADD MACHINE TRANSLATIONS.
Click Add a Language from the dropdown.
A list of all remaining languages that can be added to the text template will appear.
Select a language from the list (one at a time).
For each selected language, manually add the translation.
These languages will not display an MT tag (Machine Translation), indicating they were not translated using Language AI. All changes will be automatically saved as a draft.
After adding all translations, review the content. Then, SAVE the text template to make it available for use.
- For languages not initially selected for Machine Translations but supported by Language AI, there will be an option to fetch translations individually. Once translated by Language AI, these translations will display the MT tag.
- The process of adding manual translations applies whether the Language AI feature is enabled or disabled.
