Case 1: The translation process fails for FAQ translation.

Scenario 1: Bulk translation failure

When you SAVE AND TRANSLATE FAQs for bulk translation, the translations may fail due to some error.

Solution:

  1. In the error statement, click the Click here link. A popup will appear to retry failed translations.
       
  2. Click RETRY TRANSLATION.
       
  3. Translation requests for all failed languages will be processed again. 
    Admins will be notified upon completion of the translation process.

Scenario 2: Individual language translation failure.

When you FETCH TRANSLATION for a specific language, the translations may fail due to some error.

Solution:

  1. Select the specific language.
  2. Click FETCH TRANSLATION.
       
  3. Translation requests for the selected language will be processed again.

Note: The error status will still appear until the error is resolved for all the languages.

Case 2: The translation process fails for FAQ Section Title.

Scenario 1: Bulk translation failure

When you FETCH TRANSLATIONS for Section Title, the translations may fail due to some error.

Solution:

  1. In the error statement, click the Click here link. A popup will appear to retry failed translations.
     

2. Click RETRY TRANSLATION.
   

3. Translation requests for all failed languages will be processed again. Admins will be notified when the translation process is completed.

Scenario 2: Individual language translation failure

When you click the TRANSLATE button towards a specific language, the translations may fail due to some error.

Solution:

  1. Click the TRANSLATE button next to the language.
       
  2. Translation requests for the selected language will be processed again.
