Self-serve Discord Integration
Effortlessly integrate Helpshift with your Discord servers and configure the support and resolution experience, bypassing the need for Helpshift’s support team assistance. Gain more control over your integration with self-serve capabilities and tailored configuration. Say goodbye to the hassle of coordination and hello to seamless engagement on Discord.
Intent Analytics
Dive deep into Intent Analytics for improved support. The upcoming release of our Analytics dashboard will add an option for Intent Analytics reports, providing admins with insightful data on their Smart Intent (SI) and Automatic Intent Assignment (AIA) performance. With this feature, admins can analyze issue performance with assigned intent, compare the performance of SI feature over issues without intent, evaluate the performance of each intent, and compare issue performance for intent and non-intent issues. By leveraging this powerful analysis, admins can fine-tune their SI and AIA implementation, leading to improved customer support metrics such as Resolution Time and CSAT.
Multiple Attachments in Bot Step
Multiple attachment capability is coming soon for Bot Workflows. Currently limited to accepting just one attachment, your bot workflows will soon support multiple attachments—up to 10 in total. This enhancement means greater flexibility and efficiency in gathering information from users, enabling smoother interactions and more comprehensive data collection.
