SDK X 10.3.0 for Unity

SDK X v10.3.0 is now available for Unity! This release includes all new features, bug fixes, and support for iOS 17 and Android 14. A few notable feature releases include Attachment in Smartforms and Voice Over in Help Center & Chat.

With SDK X v10.3.0, we have updated the support policy for Android support libraries. As such, before integrating with 10.3.0, you must upgrade to AndroidX support libraries. If you need any assistance with supported library versions, please contact Helpshift support.

Support for Apple .p8 keys and latest v1 FCM API

We now support Apple .p8 key authentication, which will elevate your notification management experience throughout all apps/games. A Single Key for everything! Learn more here.

As Legacy FCM is being phased out, we have also added support for the latest v1 FCM API. Please upgrade to the latest FCM API by March 31st, 2024. Steps to migrate are mentioned here.
