Automatic Intent Assignment (AIA) - is now available for all platforms!

Default Feedback Bot Replacing CSAT for New Apps
We have released the Default Feedback bot that is replacing the existing legacy CSAT feature for New Apps only. Default Feedback bot is available for all customers and would automatically link to new apps created by the customer replacing the existing legacy CSAT option. It has the same workflow as the legacy feedback options. For existing apps, the current CSAT option will continue to be available and customers also have the option to manually update it to use the Default Feedback bot.
We have a plan to transition existing apps to Default Feedback bot later this year, and will continue to keep you updated.
In addition, we have improved the feedback experience by revamping the design of the Feedback bot CSAT, by making it inline like a conversation and scrollable. This will be applicable for both portrait and landscape view.
Facebook Integration: Ability to Update User Details
Brands can now effortlessly add or update end-user names and emails, ensuring a consistent user profile across platforms using email as the key identifier. Additionally, brands can conveniently access and review issues from the same user across various platforms, all conveniently displayed at one place.
