Customers using the analytics dashboard on a network behind custom firewall rules must:
Whitelist the following IPs:
88.99.71.232
52.213.28.47
Unblock bidirectional connections for host “cumul.io”
VPN Settings (If applicable)
Customers using a VPN to access the analytics dashboard must ensure the following:
As the platform uses WebSockets, make sure the VPN allows WebSocket connections
As the reports use iFrames, please do not set “X-Frame-Options: DENY”
