Before accessing the Analytics Dashboard, please verify the following:

Firewall Rules (If applicable)

Customers using the analytics dashboard on a network behind custom firewall rules must:

  • Whitelist the following IPs:
    • 88.99.71.232
    • 52.213.28.47
  • Unblock bidirectional connections for host “cumul.io”

VPN Settings (If applicable)

Customers using a VPN to access the analytics dashboard must ensure the following:

  • As the platform uses WebSockets, make sure the VPN allows WebSocket connections
  • As the reports use iFrames, please do not set “X-Frame-Options: DENY”
