Automatic Intent Assignment workflow


Please refer to the below-given instructions and image as a best practice:

1. User types in their issue: “I can’t find my rewards i won yesterday.“

2. Intent is detected and automatically assigned. In automation, the detected intent assigns to a bot.

3. Bot introduces how it could help, without directly going into the flow.

Note: Please make sure your bot’s first step explains its purpose. So that the user will not get confused.

For example, refer to the right most image here, it introduces that its a bot to help recover their lost rewards and the next step is to confirm their birthday.


Do not use the bot as shown in the below image. In that way bot doesn’t introduce its purpose. It directly goes into the first step of its workflow.
